Clergy Retreat 2026: Made for These Times

Made for These Times is a four-day clergy retreat created for pastors who are tired, carrying questions, and longing for renewal in the midst of a rapidly changing world. Many clergy are serving communities that are aging, shrinking, or struggling to imagine their future, even as the wider social, political, and ecological landscape feels increasingly unstable. This retreat offers space to pause, breathe, reconnect with yourself and colleagues, and recover a deeper sense of purpose for this moment.

If you have questions, please reach out to Nathan in the regional office!

The retreat will be facilitated throughout by Rev. Cameron Trimble, CEO of Convergence and a longtime UCC pastor, teacher, futurist, pilot, and consultant to congregations and denominational leaders across many mainline traditions. Cameron brings more than two decades of experience walking alongside faith leaders as they navigate seasons of disruption, transition, and reimagining. Her work integrates spiritual grounding, futures thinking, and practical leadership wisdom, helping leaders regain orientation and agency without denying the real challenges they face.
